• Online Personal Training: Live 1-on-1 video training sessions
• Consultation Services: 30-minute video consultations for personalized advice
• Combined Packages: Digital products bundled with training sessions

3. Digital Products

3.1 License Grant

Upon purchase of a digital product, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use the PDF guide for your personal use only.

3.2 Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Share, distribute, or resell the digital product
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from the content
• Use the content for commercial purposes
• Remove or alter any copyright notices or attribution

3.3 Delivery

Digital products are delivered via email within 5-10 minutes of payment confirmation. Download links are valid for 7 days.

4. Online Training Services

4.1 Booking and Scheduling

Training sessions must be scheduled in advance via WhatsApp or email. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred schedule based on availability.

4.2 Session Conduct

• Sessions are conducted via video call (Google Meet, Zoom, or WhatsApp)
• You are responsible for ensuring stable internet connection and appropriate equipment
• Sessions are personalized based on your fitness level and goals

4.3 Missed Sessions

• If you miss a scheduled session without 24 hours notice, the session may be forfeited
• Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours advance notice
• We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to emergencies or technical issues

5. Payment Terms

We accept payments through Razorpay, which supports:

• Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.)
• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM)
• Net Banking
• Digital Wallets

5.2 Pricing

All prices are listed in USD, EUR, and INR. Prices are subject to change without notice, but purchases are honored at the price displayed at the time of purchase.

5.3 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your payment information.
