We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines our cancellation and refund terms for both digital products and online training services.

Digital Products (PDF Guides)

Why No Refunds?

• Digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned"
• Once downloaded, the content cannot be un-accessed
• To prevent fraud and unauthorized sharing of content

Exceptions for Digital Products

Refunds for digital products will ONLY be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:

• Technical Issues: If the download link is invalid and we cannot provide a working link within 48 hours
• Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product twice
• Payment Error: If you were charged but did not receive the product and we cannot deliver it

Before You Buy - Digital Products

Online Personal Training Services

Individual Session Cancellations

• 24+ Hours Notice: Full credit for the session, can be rescheduled
• Less than 24 Hours Notice: Session may be forfeited unless due to emergency
• No-Show: Session is forfeited (no refund or reschedule)

Emergency Cancellations

We understand emergencies happen. In case of genuine emergencies (medical, family emergency, etc.), please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to reschedule the session.

Trainer-Initiated Cancellations

If I need to cancel or reschedule a session:

• You will receive full credit for the session
• We will work together to find a mutually convenient time
• If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund for that session will be provided

Combined Packages (PDF + Sessions)

PDF + Consultation Package

• Before Consultation: You may cancel and receive a refund minus the PDF cost ($25/€21/₹2,299)
• After Consultation: No refund available
• Consultation Rescheduling: Allowed with 24+ hours notice

PDF + 2 Sessions Package

• Before Any Session: Refund available minus the PDF cost ($25/€21/₹2,299)
• After 1st Session: Refund for unused session only (pro-rated)
• After Both Sessions: No refund available

Refund Process

How to Request a Refund

1. Contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order details
2. Provide your payment confirmation and reason for refund request
3. We will review your request within 2-3 business days
4. If approved, refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

Refund Method

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Processing time depends on your bank/payment provider
• Typically takes 5-10 business days to reflect in your account

Refund Amount

Approved refunds will be:

• Full amount for eligible training session cancellations
• Partial amount for combined packages (minus used services)
• Original currency and amount charged

Chargebacks and Disputes

If you have an issue with your purchase, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and quickly.

Technical Issues

PDF Download Problems

If you experience technical issues downloading your PDF:

• Check your spam/junk folder for the email
• Try a different browser or device
• Contact us - we will resend the link or provide alternative delivery

Video Call Issues

If technical difficulties prevent a training session:

• We will attempt to resolve the issue within 10 minutes
• If unresolved, session will be fully credited and rescheduled
• No penalty for technical difficulties outside your control
