Why am I not losing weight even though I exercise?
The most common reasons are eating a little more than you think (portions, drinks and bites add up), moving less outside of workouts because you feel tired, and not giving it enough time. Exercise also builds muscle and holds water, which can hide fat loss on the scale.
Track your food honestly for two weeks, keep your daily steps steady, and use measurements and photos alongside weight. If nothing changes after a month, adjust one thing at a time.
