Which supplements are actually worth taking?
For most people, very few. Creatine and a protein powder (if you need it) have the best evidence for training, and vitamin D can be worthwhile if you have little sun or a low blood level. Everything else is a small effect at best.
Food, sleep and training come first. Check with your doctor or a dietitian before starting any supplement, especially if you take medication.
General information, not medical advice. If something feels wrong, or you have a health condition, check with your doctor first.
