Is one-on-one coaching better than group classes?
For most people with a specific goal, a pain history or a body that does not fit the average, yes. In a group, the class moves at the group pace and the instructor cannot watch everyone's technique. One-to-one, everything is built around you.
Group classes are good for social energy and variety. If that is what keeps you consistent, the two can work together.
